If you can't afford a child seat, I don't think it's wise to have a child then
I agree with everyone here about minding our own business. Like what was mentioned before, if they don't have the common sense to begin with, it's not like they'll do something about if someone told them.
I'm sure we all feel sorry for baby should something happen.

Something like that would bother me if I saw it, but beyond yelling or signing to them to act like a decent human being, I don't know if there is much else that could be done.
Granted, if a cop was around, I would tell them, but reporting later is all he said she said.
Look at Brittney Spears. There are pics of her with the baby in her lap and she didn't get any charges.
Sad really.

A long time ago, someone much wiser than I told me that you never know the situation the person around you is in. Meaning - the guy tailgating you might have a sick person in the car and they are trying to get to the hospital - OR, the lady carrying the baby in her lap needs to get the kid to a doctor and someone was nice enough to drive her because she doesn't have a car. So not knowing the person's situation, I would do nothing except get out of their way.

I agree it's none of our business to mind other people's problem. The mom was playing with the baby though, lifting her up and down, up and down.

I will choose to mind my own business. They have to deal with there decisions. Do I agree with it NO!!!
I once had a young lady at work her language was vulgar and offensive every second word was a curse. I asked her if she spoke that way in front of her children. Answered real rudely NONE OF YOUR %^&* ING BUSINESS. A person like that will probably tell you the same.

Kindly remind them, some people may not be doing this on purpose and just need a reminder with a smile. No need to be hostile and yell at people to buckle their baby i. Both parties end up angry in the end and I don't know about you guys but I don't think it's healthy for a baby to have negative energy around it.

A bit off topic but when I said karma I ment something like the situation that just happened tonight.
Last monday a classmate and I went to carls jr drive through and got food. Classmate gave them a $20 at the register, the guy gave him change for a $10. We argued about it this for a while with him and his coworker/manager. We knew they were both rude and lying but, we decided hell we got to go and we'll file a complaint etc. Ok fast fwd to today. Someone robbed them tonight.

Karma hit the carls jr people trying to scam my friend (and who knows who else) out of money. They got robbed.
That was an example of what I was saying earlier to you. If you just ignore the situation, then the same thing might happen to you. Cause you might be in a similar position.
