Well it looks like we're finally getting gas in atlanta.

 

When you have no refineries or large storage capacities in your area, and if the supply is disrupted, you are screwed. The SE depends on the Colonial pipeline from the Gulf Coast, but the refineries were knocked offline by Ike, and the line went down. There were no gas shortages in the Houston area cause they are close to the refineries. Gas in a pipeline travels at 4 mph, so you can do the math. That's why it's taking so long to replenish the Southeast. There is no conspiracy for the shortage.

 

Got premium today for the first time in 2 weeks.

 

Should of drove to Union City or Peachtree.

 

I started another post for updated info, the post was closed, so any updates appreciated since I'm driving to ATL thru Nashville, Louisville, & Chattanooga... anyone having any updates inside & outside ATL greatly appreciated!!
