You shouldn't have any trouble getting one. 
Of course! The IS sedan is a neat car, a pretty unique design that's sharp (to me). This convertible looks like they just took all the striking aspects - the sizzle - out of the IS and made the front not match the back.
In contrast, I never liked the new style 3 series sedan and didn't expect to like the coupe or convertible, but I like BOTH, a LOT.
I'm absolutely open to being pleasantly surprised and am certainly not expecting Lexus to make so-so designs, although overall Lexus is not a powerhouse in design (earlier LS, ES were pretty boring looking), but has done some GREAT design (RX, GS, first SC).
Maybe another factor is there's LOTS of competition out there, maybe more than ever.
This IS-C reminds me in terms of impression of the SportCross. I really WANTED to like it, but in the end I just couldn't.

It seems a tad soft around the edges, but the color is red and the
rims look bad. I will withhold judgment until I see better colors and wheels,
but from the general reaction here it looks like it might only sell to women,
which might not be a bad thing for Lexus. In general I only see men driving
Lexus (RX and IS excluded) and this might be good to get a more diverse
clientele.

Yes I agree the car may look better in other colors, particularly the dark colors.
