Default audi's new enhanced warranty for 09

so i found out this morning that audi has just revised its new vehicle limited warranty coverage for the 09 model year vehicles. so anyone who was considering an audi but is looking somewhere else because of the way the warranty use to be for 07-08 models look again. batteries brakes bulbs and clutches along with "adjustments" ie squeaks and rattle's are going to be covered. now the free maintenance program isn't back yet, you can still purchase a maint. plan. but for the most part a lot of things that warranty did not cover are being covered again.

Are you sure that's what adjustments means?

I've never heard of any manufacturer, much less a luxury manufacturer, declining to fix rattles on a car inside of the bumper to bumper warranty. This includes Honda, Chevy, Toyota, Hyundai, etc.

And in fact my own 06 Audi went in for a couple of squeaks at around the 1 year 12k mile mark. Never had any problem with getting it fixed.

i believe if it is an issue that is known by audi as something that happens to a significant amount of vehicles and a tsb comes out then it is covered under warranty, but honestly i hear ton's of different things from different dealers as to how far they will go to protect their customer base.
