Yes, unfortunatly because of the european crash pedestrian safety regulations, pop up headlight cars are extinct. The last ones were in 2004with the Corvette C5 and the Lotus Esprit. So such great designs like the Acura NSX, Mazda RX-7, Ferrari F355, Lamborghini Diablo etc. we will never see again.
