Anyhow, today I bring you the latest in Chinaman robbery: Autobox. You read it right: AUTOBOX. Not the Japlish named AUTOBACS automotive superstore with billions of dollars of capital in Japan, but a cheap Chinaman owned imitation called Autobox. You might say, “Eric, you can’t just assume that the store is owned by a Chinese guy.” Normally you would be correct, but this store is in downtown LA and IN CHINATOWN. Tyler was telling me at lunch today about how he was cruising through downtown and found today’s treasure. I thought I should take 5 minutes and let the world know how damn unoriginal a Chinaman can be. Even in the USA. Anyhow, perhaps Autobacs will put a stop it all before everybody assumes that Autobacs has a third low budget store in downtown LA.

Yea seriously, chill out with the Chinaman comments. You could've left out the entire aspect about Chinese knockoffs as you don't really know who owns it and honestly who cares.
AutoBACS won't be losing any sleep over this store and they can't do anything legally anyway.

sorry to bring this thread up...
i actually went there yesterday to get a pair of HID bulbs...the place wasn't too bad, not ghetto at all. Huge selection of wheels displayed...saw many JDM fragrances and they have complete stocks of LED lights...
and the guy who sold the bulbs to me was a Japanese...so not really a chinaman...

everything is made in china now a days, if you go to japanese stores, a lot of them sell made in china stuff. For those who have the store Daiso, go look where their stuff is made.
Seems like the writer is ignorant or trolling. just because a store is in a certain area doesn't mean anything. The guy is only assuming it is owned by chinese then rants about it.
Japanese restaurants in Vancouver are owned by chinese. T&T(Chinese supermarket) is owned by white people(now) Hummer is owned by chinese, Jaguar is owned by indians.
p.s. does the stuff at autobox contain lead?

that's what china town is really known for, knockoffs. but they actually have some good stuff. i remember when i was in Hong Kong couple years ago and i bought this Louis Vuitton wallet for like 5 bucks and i'm still using it.
