So Jaguar XJR's are going for mid 20K now?

In the future I will buy a CPO vehicle. I am tired of eating the depreciation on a new vehicle. I would rather pick up something nicer with 15-20k miles on it. I do ove the new car smell but that only last 1 year

Regarding the Jag, I do really like the 04+ models, but I much preferred the A8L for it's interior and all-wheel drive. Now the 2010 Jag XJ coming out... well that is very sweet. I wouldn't doubt if I see a 2011 model (never do a first year model in my book) in my garage, 4 years from now.

The Jaguar XF was on the list of the 5 clunkers to avoid in this article due to its poor reliability and high cost of repairs, the Volkswagen Toureg was number one not surprisingly.

I personally think the article is irrelevant. The XF has been around for barely a year now... it takes at least 3 years to build some accurate reliability charts. High costs of repairs is to be expected with any European brand, though. However, I don't see why the MKS is on this list. It's very well built (initial quality), cheap to maintain (maintenance is included for 3 years as far as I know, even on wear items), and overall Lincolns are reliable cars even though the interiors don't age very well... but even here it's a bit too early in the model's run to determine that.
