Not bad, looks-wise, but two things would be a deal-breaker for me.....the electronic shifter and the I-Drive ****. I've had experience with both in BMW reviews/test-drives, and strongly dislike both.

And what's with the bluish slate/marble dash trim...or is that a gray swirl-wood pattern? Very unusual, to say the least.

Perhaps the electronics behind it will make things more simple

Just some test gear in back..

+1 I was about to say who broke into the kitchen and stole the countertops!

Other than that (and assume its an option / different with different trim packages as usual on BMW), I'm a fan of this interior . Very sharp.

Other than that fugly door panel (what were they drinking?), the rest looks Teutonic in a crowded kind of way...

I like it... The baby X5 is starting to really grow on me... The only thing I really don't like is the dash covering... Not a fan of the swirly dark wood. Maybe in a different finish.

Don't like the bluish marble trim, besides that it looks plain BMW

Not bad, just not impressive

the cupholders look small. is the X3 getting a full redesign already? or is this just an update?

Looks dark and old already. Those exposed cupholders are an eyesore. What boring door panels.

Sigh....

Agree. Nothing very impressive or remarkable here. All of the pieces and shapes are sourced right out of the low end BMW parts bin. And, as usual, BMW's signature "wood" trim that comes from "trees" that grow on Saturn's outer ring.
