I like the changes... ESPECIALLY to the front. Looks very aggressive. Spoilers are a must have for aesthetics on it though...

Yes nicer. They could of added a lil more character on the sides and the interior STILL looks cheap.

Since many Mustangs are sold to rental car fleets, I'm not sure that base engine power will have any impact on overall sales.

Do you know if Ford is going to use the 3.5 liter TT in its sedans as a V8 replacement?

The front look just a little bit better than U.S. version. I like the interior shot.

I like it. The interior is much improved. As for the powertrain, my understanding is that 2011 will actually feature the new powertrains for the Mustang, including 6-sp autos and the ecoboost engine.

Too bad Ford didn't use a lot of cues from the Giugiaro concept...

GIUGIARO CONCEPT:

Overall the car looks great- I dig the interior and the fact they stepped up the lux features like dual zone climate control.

BUT - what's up with the gray plastic on the rocker panels and the front air dam and rear bumper cover?? Maybe for the V6 models or something... but man, it really cheapens the look big time!

The first scheduled recipient of the Eco-Boost engine is the Lincoln MKS sedan. Original schedule was early 2009, but with the current situation, who knows when. The second application is to be the MKT, a crossover on the Flex platform but with an MKS grill and sleeker side and rear styling. The Mustang would logically be the third application.

I just looked at the interior. Damn it looks horrible. American design quality and materials as usual. I drive these pieces of crap all of the time on vacations to the islands and it is a lump in v6form. torquey motor that loses all of its wind at 4K rpm. feels like a truck motor. The interior on those mustangs are only second to the lowly jeep wrangler for having the poorest interior design and material quality of any modern car I have seen . I would spend my money on a G37 . It will look better, handle better, and its not a ford. God I just think I threw up in mouth. lol

Ford did a fantastic job on the sheet metal design of the Stang. I love the V8soundtrack on these cars.. I would make a modern day Eleanor out of a silver Stang!

MAybe so sir, but the most important part is the sales. The mustang outsold the camaro and fireturd almost 3-1 in 01. So the public realy enjoys mustang. Gm and chrysler are both in trouble but, Ford seems to be getting by. They do not want any bailout money. GM is the one suffering. So hp is apparently not what the public is enthusiastic about these days.
