Agree with regard to performance, even though the S600 cost quite a bit more at $140K+ .
The new redesigned 750Li will perform better than the LS600hL even in straight line performnce though, with 400hp and 450 lb.ft torque, & probably a little lighter too ...

If it's true that they are going to produce the LF-A, I hope they keep in mind that the longer they wait, the more they have to up it's performance/driving dynamics even more so that it won't look obsolete as soon as it is launched, if they are to stick with the $200K+ price range.
What's consider respectable performance for that class of supercar for 2009 may not be the case a couple years later ...

Given what the LF-A has displayed so far at the 'Ring while testing, and also during the 24 Hr race at the 'Ring I would hardly call it obsolete, even if it comes to market in 2 years. It finished first in it's class running a mostly stock car configuration, and despite the fact it was out of the race for a few hours due to mechanical problems.

I have a feeling it's either a new GX or a new SC, more likely a new GX, I don't hear no stories about a next gen SC unfortunately.

It will be a couple years, since they have showroom models to introduce.

It will be an order-only car, and probably about $225K - $300K.
The will be from $150K to $200K, I have a pretty reliable source that I have spoken to.

Some member here has already taken delivery of the 460L AWD I think, and it's available for the SWB as well.

Really? That's interesting. Last we were told, it might push $300K.

But they've bounced back and forth on pricing since it's announcement.

I agree 100%. In 2 years time, the new McLaren super car will be out, the GT-R v-spec, A Mercedes super car, The BMW super car, the "NSX", and others. I'm not saying that it won't be able to compete, because if rumors from the ring are true it certainly can. However, it certainly would not look as impressive, nor seem worth its supposedly exorbitant price tag.

Late 2009 as a 2010 model at the latest, if not, save the embarrassment and don't bother. That, or try to pawn it of at higher volume at an $80k price tag when the price of CF and gas go down.
