Looks pretty good, I think the regular Honda grille looks better though.

Wings in general don't ever get put to use but they do look good on some cars. Wings are for downforce at high speeds. Air will rise over the wing and produce some pressure from the air and keep the rear wheels planted. Wings on FWD cars usually take away more than they help. You'll plant more weight onto the rear wheels and the drive wheels will lose some grip (possibly not always the case depends on suspension tuning). But even RWD cars need high speeds to take advantage of wings.

I really hate the look of tacky window visors. They just don't look right on any car period.

I'm not feeling either of them as is. Too many flares and wings and ****. Remove the tail and window visors from the sedan, and the window visors from the wagon, and perhaps I'd consider
