Lil thing called Felony evasion. As long as those lights are on you HAVE to stop. Unfortuanately, there is not even a warning given for this. When you fail to stop, it automatically falls into the category of felony evasion, so it really does pay to stop.
Just so we're clear....I understand the law....and I still wouldn't have stopped.
