Since its a lease they should get a German car, they will have no worries when the car starts falling apart... but since they think that a car the size of the GS460 is a bit small, they need to cough up more on a down payment for a bigger German car...only Japanese sedan that would suit their size need/want would be a LS.

Lexus GS comes to mind. I would also take a look at the infiniti M for more of a drivers luxury car

VW Phaeton. Cheapest Bentley you can buy. I wouldn't dare buy one unless its a lease so I wont have to pay for maintenance or if its dirt cheap

Since this is for your parents, I doubt that they are into the sporty character of the BMW. More likely smooth ride, interior room, and total reliability. This does not match either BMW or Mercedes.

The first car that comes to mind is the ES350. It is much larger inside than the GS and rides a lot better. If they are like me, they will also appreciate the Lexus dealer treatment: loaner cars, nice waiting rooms, real courtesy, etc.

I'm not sure where they are today on lease rates, but the Hyundai Genesis is another really nice sedan. It is quiet, roomy, and rides nicely. The new Lincoln MKS fits that same pattern and Ford has gotten raves recently for reliability.

thanks everyone for your input
we are still debating on which car to LEASE lol
the only reason why we are leasing is because we want to try out different cars
like I said,,it's our, my parent's, first time to LEASE a car, so I'm still doing lots of research
I was thinking of LS for Lexus, E or S from MB, and 5 or 6 series from BMW

should I lease this car this month since it's "December to Remember" month?
or wait until next year Jan or Feb?
