Oh not this gripe again. Look its a LOANER your not buying it your DRIVING it this is one complaint people had at the MB dealership I worked at...coming in with their 90's C Class and expecting an E Class or S Class or ML for routine maintenance. We put them in a rental from Enterprise or they had the choice of shuttle or waiting area. I never griped what I drove long as it drove.

Where I buy my cars Ray Catena Lexus gives you a choice 1) a loaner or 2) a stretch limousine to the local mall. They treat customers like saints they sent a driver for me 65 miles one way when I bought a second vehicle and had no legal driver (son had a permit). I go closer to work for service and get a RX loaner.
