I guess both cars underperformed their potential. The M5 is more in the range of 4.1-4.2 sec for 0-60 and 12.4-12.5 for 1/4 mi. The CTS-V on a good day should be able to pull a 3.8-3.9 on 0-60 and 12.1-12.2 for 1/4 mi. CTS-V is growing on me. Not that I didn't like it or anything but that I didn't think it was better than a M5, but I like it much more. The looks in and out is better too. I want this car. I'm a little bored with my car (S5) and makes me want to switch to a beast like this.

What am I hearing, $65K for this, is that correct?

Anyone concerned with reliability on this beast? If it's not in the shop every other week, could be a steal!!!

thanks for bringing us the hot vids constantly. Both are beasts!!! My "image" side says M5 but the "reality" side says CTS.

I actually have to give props to the CTS-V, I actually really like it, especially the price and looks.

The "V" platform that Cadillac has going on is just pure insanity. The CTS-V was definately the car that not even BMW saw coming, nor performing as well as it does. I really don't care for either car, but the CTS-V is really starting to grow on me. As far as reliability, some of the present owners who have them had had few problems with it so far.
