Default Has anyone called Lexus Concierge at 800-662-0410? PERKS FOR LEXUS OWNERS?

Has anyone ever called Lexus Concierge at 800-662-0410, I saw it online at their website. Does it do anything? As Lexus owners do we have any USEFUL Perks; Online at Lexus.com it says we can get discounts on kitchen knives and bath towels. Or you can stay at a couple hotels. Is their any real benefit for owning a Lexus? Maybe discounts at the car wash? Or discounts at hotels that are more realistic like the Marriott or Renaissance Properties?

sounds really cool, but I wonder how many people actually take advantage or are even aware of such services

i dont usually take advantage of such offers. my lexus visa signature pursuits card also has an available concierge. my understanding is that they will make reservations for you at restaurants (for special seating even if they are full to the "normal" customers). never tried it.

i guess i dont feel the need too since im not a big time customer or anything

Sounds like a gimmick, IMHO.

that wouldn't be luxury lifestyle, would it? i have my lifestyle and some of the stuff they offer just don't work for me, but as a luxury brand, the way they promote it i think is ok. for example if you play golf, i suppose their links to a lot of the pebble beach hotels are beneficial

I would assume it's the same lame stuff as on the website. Nothing really useful
