superb. Honestly, for 135k you can't go wrong. Sure a z06 or zr1 has more power, but guaranteed they dont weight nearly as little as an nsx stripped and replaced with all carbon.

The Spoon NSX-R GT ( and normal NSX and NSX-R models) offer a purity that cant be found in todays cars. They are to heavy and packed with driving aids. the NSX had nuetral balance and very predictable handling. It didnt need traction control.

I think he means anyone that follows the NSX or belongs to the NSX community knows that Dali Racing is a hit and miss. Either you had good service and success with him, or you were virtually screwed/burned by him.

That should be able to rape Nissan GTR and GTR Spec-V in the ring.

.

I'd be surprised if a Spoon NSX could even match a stock GT-R around the ring. 20 years of technology is tough to overcome. Check the numbers in this Road & Track article (unfortunately, it looks like some of the pages are screwed up on their site):

$135k is pretty expensive. You can find faster NSX's (CTSC'd hi boost, Lovefab turbo, Factor X turbo) for less than half that price on the market right now, although they probably won't be a complete package like the Spoon NSX (suspension/carbon body panels/NSX-R interior).

In any case, it's pretty darn sweet. As R & D puts it, the Spoon NSX is the most thrilling car to drive, period.

Just read this full feature in sport compact car, just a awesome track ready NSX. There is also a rumor that they only built one NSX-R GT there really is no evidence the other four were sold to wealthy buyers. Also $135k seems to be alot for a NSX, but in the SCC article, they had all the costs of taking a NSX and getting all the unobtainable parts making it a NSX-R and then putting a turbo on, and the cost was even more. Lastly the Spoon car comes with a warranty so that helps for peace of mind.

The snorkel is what makes it the NSX R GT . Its the biggest separating feature imo. It also has the different bumpers and the larger scoops on the sides of the car

without the intake for the roof the car is just another NSX type R. Not that we got any of them state side, but its still not as special. I wouldnt even imagine buying this car without the roof intake/ snorkel
