Meh... It's alright. The design looks dated already, since they took bits and pieces from existing cars. The modified ones look good, but then again any decent looking car can be fixed up to look good. I actually think that the Accord Coupe looks better.

This should really worry infiniti. These cars look equally bad *** as the G37. I am a HUGE Nissan fan, but sexy is sexy. That car is beautiful when worked.

also the whole point about this car is to modify and modify some more. this car will fire up the tuning fans. seriously this car wants to be modded. korea's tuning scene has exploded since the arrival of gen coupe. and i have not heard of any potential buyers who didn't want to mod. most of them are ex-scion, tib, RSX drivers who can't afford evos. this will be affordable and looks good enough for every 18-35 year old who want something fast and RWD. i have not found any young guys in this segment will not want to drive this as a stock.

agreed. Lexus or bmw's shouldn't worry, but infiniti should. this is the closest to G37 in terms of size and ride, and it's significantly cheaper.

which car isn't? i think car looks distinctive overall. i think it studied g35, and just made it to look more athletic. front is the weakest part, but when tweaked it sure looks great

It's very clever marketing that Hyundai keeps comparing it with the G37, but the competition is really the Accord coupe, Altima coupe, and the 370z. Knowing a few G owners myself, IMO people looking for a G37 would be cross shopping the BMW3, and definitely not this car. The infiniti has better materials and far more upscale styling.
Pricing has not been announced and it's based on speculation, but I think the base model will sell much better than the V6. The 4-banger offers a sportier alternative to the Accord and the Altima for less. However, at around 30k for the loaded v6 model, the 370z is a far better performance car with proven tuning support and solid reputation. For possibly a few thousand difference, I believe the 370z would be a better value.
