Default Anybody made the deal of the century?

With automakers and dealerships in the worst pain they've been since... well... ever, I was wondering how desperate or flexible dealers are right now.

So the questions for anyone who has bought a new car since the recession is;

How willing to deal are dealers, really?
What kind of killing did you make?

I'm not yet in the market for a new car but will be in about a year. I wish I was buying today but how powerful would I be if I was.

they are very likely to deal. killing is one thing, being able to get close to 0% or getting cars for under invoice i think it's pretty good already

I think in this economy one can pretty much get at least invoice for imports and way below invoice for domestic cars. Definitely a time to buy if you need a car.

I'd love to have one (excluding H2), but I'll never understand why so many people thought they'd be fun to drive on the street every day.
