We all chastise this guy for speeding but c'mon - almost all of us speed on here.
I just read a thread about how one of our own members picked up a CLK AMG Black Edition and he hit 170mph a few times on the way home.
To put that into other words...
170 mph = a mile every 21 seconds = 251 feet per second.
If the Benz in the OP was doing 170, there wouldn't be anything left of that car!
Be safe out there guys...

I won't lie when i was looking at ecus i always wondered why they would limit the cars top speed. Now it makes complete sense. Even if your car is capable of a high speed, doesn't it can handle it.
whats the difference? Bad people are people who make bad decisions.

There are a lot of young wealthy people there. They are driving like kids, but with 600 hp under the pedal.
Look at me talking. I was cruising at about 130 mph today on the way to work. ( desert highways) I need to slow down as well

In Duabi everyone speeds, just a fact of life, hopefully people will slow down for like 2 days, then its back to speeding, lol
I guess the flagship Mercedes wasn't made for Autobahn speeds, lol, the problem in Dubai and other arab citys, certain tunnels have bumps after u exit, if you hit the bump even at 150mph you might go crashing or even 100mph if you freak out, I guess the guy forgot about that!
Middle East culture has always been associated with speed from there horse racing to 500+HP exotic cars, there going to speed none the less, even if you enforce the speedlimit.
