Funny but when the g/f and I had family in we had to use both cars to pick up 5 people from the airport. So I've been thinking what "family" vehicle would I get in the future. A wagon? SUV? So I thought of this thing.
Now on paper it seems like a very logical idea. Its huge for one, its the size between a wagon/SUV and its stylish (ugly as sin to me though). It has cargo room for airport runs.
Then I thought I could do the same damn thing in a Venza which isn't as ugly and surely as useful. I lose the nicer interior, the 400hp engine I won't use to its ability and BMW badge.
I wonder what sales goals are?
What confuses me though if they HAVE
x3-will be larger
X5- is larger than last
X6-is pretty big and a sportier X5
GT-is pretty big and a sportier X6?
5 wagon-the original, whats wrong with that?
It looks like a lowered X6 in those pics

I too don't see what's so wrong with a tired and true wagon! Instead of the hot Euro Accord (TSX) wagon, we get the oversized, atrocious "Accord CUV". Instead of bringing back the great Camry Wagon, we get the Venza, a Camry spinin' on twenties that looks bizarre. And the last "real" wagon in the form of the Passat wagon was thrown overboard from the 2009 lineup. I don't understand my fellow American consumers!!
