How are cars selling in ATL? Reason: found a new Audi S5 EXACTLY as I want, very hard to find any in Midwest period. Went all the way to Jim Ellis Atlanta, but again, after 6 months will only get my exact choice.
MSRP is $59,465, invoice is $55,892.
Thinking of offering $56,392 ($500 over) as I have to fly down and drive back... which I will enjoy!!!
Visit family and friends, drive back and break-in my dream machine!!!
Fair price??? Are cars moving in ATL??? I want to be fair, but aggressive
Or offer invoice, see where it goes...
Within 300 miles, very slim selection, would have to settle... which I won't in this market!!!
As always, thx for input![Thumb Up](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/thumbsup.gif)

I would just say to be aggressive with your price, the economy is in a huge slump, they'll be happy to move that vehicle off the lot.
I don't know how much your tax and all other government fees will look like but offer a flat price say, $56000 after everything and just keep repeating yourself. They will pretend to not be able to work with it at first but in the end they will gladly give in, don't forget to mention something like your family and friends like Audi and once they see the car and the great price you got it for, they will want to come in and get it too, dealers love "repeat & referred" customers.
good luck!

I have friends in the industry and keep hearing that if you wait the deals are going to get sweeter and sweeter. BMW is now making your first 2 months payments

Many counter offers received, so the market is soft, even on these cars. May wait until next Saturday or check March shipments if the right deal doesn't materialize.
ATL dealers are promoting the best deals out of what I've seen...
