All wheel drive
I guess I also want fuel economy and HP. Lexus has shown with the GS that you can have a fast car that gets good mileage too. I wouldn't buy an E class until they improved that factor. Too wasteful for little old me.

Seat comfort is number one. If the seats aren't comfortable, nothing else matters.

The price. Isn't that the single most important criteria?

How in the heck did you arrive at your choice if this is your list?
If reliability was your most important criteria, you do realize that your car is below industry average?
If exterior was number 1, I've told you before, I think your car is easily one of the best looking cars on the road today, and would agree with you.
My list is actually almost identical to yours:
1)Reliability
2)Performance
3)Interior
4)Exterior
5)Cost
6)Mileage

I really do respect a fast car that gets good mileage, no matter the cost. The GSh is the car for me...if only it had a 6MT right?
