how many times have you seen a passenger sit in the center seat??? cool idea , but lame in application. Toyota has extra money to blow

I guess it would be "Fast" food at that point

Airbag deployment 198 mph or so? That's a fast Mc Nugget. You'd see it fly through the front windshield and sure enough some ricer beside you would try to race it.

How is it they can develop this, and NOT be able to figure out how to make the Highlander's 3rd row seat split?

Lexus needs to spend more money on "engineering" and "better styling" vs something like extra airbags innovations that's not going to help them sell more cars.
