looks like bmw and merc are sharing exhaust tips from the same parts bin....
except that merc reversed the sides.

lexus still has the best looking tips of the bunch

meaning that with the cars’ performance improving significantly fuel consumption is down by approximately 4.5 per cent versus the former model
They've said that before and there was no change.

I wonder if it's going to flop like the last V12 7-series.

How was the last V12 7 series a "flop"?

Some thought that the V12 was dead.. The 760Li is here for the batteries not included crowd..
It really is sad and unfortunate that Lexus does not have a V12 Lexus LS.

The BMW V12 destroys the poor the Lexus hybrid LSh.

544 hp compared to 438
4.6 0-60mph compared to 5.5
no worries about battery replacement etc.

I wish Lexus would introduce a V12 LS.

I am not thrilled wit the lines , but I am sure it will grow on me especially once I see a tuned one. The motor is another story. I love V12's, especially because they are a dying breed. These cars will be worth huge money in the future

Except the LS 600hL can average 25MPG on the highway and low 20s in combined driving, and also has AWD Can the 760 and S600 do that?

They're different philosophies on a similar idea. Because the Lexus is different doesn't make it wrong...unfortunately you don't seem to grasp that concept.

With that said this new 760 looks and sounds great. Can't wait to read some performance tests

Not to mention that the 5.5 second 0-60 time claimed by Lexus is less than generous. Lexus is conservative with their #s. The 600h is much quicker.
