Not a fan of hatchbacks, and this doesn't change that. A car should be a car, a truck should be a truck, and an SUV should be an SUV. A solid design gets its point across immediately, does not confuse onlookers or make them scratch their head, nor tries to be all things.
It also reminds me of the embarrassing 70's and 80's attempt to get cheap cars on the road... like the Toyota Starlet, some real ugly Saabs, and Mrs. Roper Datsun B210's.
