I'm not performing accurate statistical analysis on "chicks cars", but I did see the IS 'vert at the car show in January. Not as attractive as the G37 'vert also displayed IMO.

G Convertible also a chick car ![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
i have to say though, bmw did a really good job in making the 3 series coupe work for both sexes. i think it mainly has to do with the front end of the vehicle that makes a car look chick-ish

Man, Lexus blew it for me with this car. We all wanted an IS Coupe, what we got was a useless 2 door convertible.
I saw this car in person and it is no better than in the pictures. I guess if you are really a convertible type of guy you can find the positives in this car, but me being one that doesn't like convertibles in the first place I see nothing good with this car.

What I do care about is how the car looks to me and only me. And to me, the IS convertible holds the same "feminine" card as vehicles like the VW New Bettle Convertible, VW Eos, and even Scion TC. These bubbly, cute, soft proportions just don't rub me the right way.
If more women than men buy the 3-Series droptop, I could care less. It looks good to me, no arching butline, no cues that remind me of a jelly bean. It's understated while still having sophisticated and sporting lines, a very well done combination.
