Yeah. And you can chip a Black Series as well. Better yet, you can even drop a SLR engine on the standard SL.

My point was coming from a cost saving analysis. I am not sure where your argument is heading to...

A Black Series is rare, probably all spoken for and what 250k? I agree, most GUYS don't even know a black series exists!

Maybe it will be more of a dude magnet than a chick magnet! LOL ... most girls will think that the SL65 AMG is no different than a SLK350!

it costs an arma and a leg to maintain, for the price u can get better cars ( porsche turbo 997 cov. ), once warrenty is up ur freind is gonna be getting another job just to keep it running, and as a few people on here said its will only attract the older crowed, if u want a real chick magnet get an R8 , its relaible, its not as fast but alot more fun to drive, and the gizmo's and gadgets in it are realy nice, and its actualy more spacious on the inside than any sports car ive ever driven, and that includes the porsches and the SL 65 amongst others

There is something called "google." Some women will use google to do a price check on your ride. Chick.." I wonder how much this 2008 SL65 AMG is worth".. "I wonder how much that 2001 Lexus GS430 is worth"? Things can get real spicy if the price is right for them
