Thats good news! Theyre should have been concrete baricades to protect spectators and photogrophers. This stuff happened all the time with the group b rally cars.

Those spectators are either very brave, or naive to the fact that sometimes drivers lose control.

I don't understand this facscination with drifting. It is dangerous, probably illegal on a public road (although the video appeared to be on a track), and, on dry pavement, puts enormous stress on rear tires, wheel bearings, and, in some cases, the suspension itself. That's why traction control and vehicle stability systems were developed.

Not good news for the guys who got hit. It looked like at least a couple could have gotten hurt bad enough to be disabled to some extent. Maybe even paralyzed. I don't know many people who would be thankful to be alive but paralyzed.
