Which engine is going in this M7?

I'm all for it, as long as this means seeing less Quattroportes on the road .

I eagerly await seeing more Panameras on the road though. Somehow I doubt this M7 will affect Panamera sales much.

m is never for straight line anyway.

I heard this is not actually an M7 as it lacks the quad rear exhausts that are present in all M cars.

It could just be a test mule. My guess is there might be M mechanicals under that body. It wouldn't make sense for this to be a test mule of another variant. The only variant the 7 doesn't have is an M variant.

Maybe, but even the test mules of every M variant we've seen thus far has had rudimentary quad tail pipes, but who knows.

These words i dont understand, but ..

In the pic, its the LS looking muffler. (in bumper -- not the quad). Hopefully they make it look close to normal, but bigger engine and faster.

Elegant, luxurious, yet beastly.

S63/S65 is one of those cars that basically says 'I have a lot of money, not sure how to spend it, and kind of want to show off.'

quad exhaust looks nice but sometimes it's not really necessary. it's still dual muffler behind it, so to certain extend the quad pipes are for the "look", not "power".

I think the M7's biggest competitor would be Mercedes' AMG line. As said by Rominl above, this is a car now from the factory and not from Alpina.
