reminds me of a kid show when i was like.. 8-12

It was a show which is slipping my mind, main character was a girl and she had a younger brother who was 'gross and did wierd stuff'. They had a mother (dad wasn't in the show) and she had one of these in her car when she was driving off in one scene...

only reason i remember this was because it was such a wierd thing to see.
