Reading the article, they are doing initiated it for the Fuga first, the M37/56 gets the benefit of course.

The article also says the plant the G37 but it omits Really makes the Nissan Skyline. The GT-R was added to this plant.

I love the new Maxima...it might be in the stable next year....we shall see....

Seems to me if anything Nissan is getting the benefit as the new Nissan interiors are very much like an Infiniti now (Z/Maxima/Murano).

If they truly were interested in quality, they would build a separate plant for the brand like Lexus does.

I agree, the more I look at the New M, the more I'm turned off.

Great numbers for the class, but somewhat disappointing for an engine with both direct injection and VVL (and that displacement).

Nice nice.....and brand new engine to boot

Plus, it looks like it's more fuel efficient than the VK45DE it replaces. Nice

That was a lukewarm review, at best.

With 420hp on tap I expect more than "unquestionably capable". This day in age, Camrys and Altimas are "unquestionably capable" so I will expect to be pinned to my seat for a thrill ride by a 420hp midsize sport sedan. That review didn't give me that feeling.

Those prototype cars were driven in the Spring this year, almost 8 months ago. By the time they go on sale in March, it will be exactly a full year to get the kinks worked out. C&D estimates the M56 0-60 to be like 4.7 seconds. BMW says the new 550i does it in 5.0, but that is probably underestimated.

The live reveal is tomorrow on facebook for the M.

Freak it MPLexus,

Let's take the new M57 for test drive when they touch down here in ATL! I really want to see & drive the new M's in person to get the a real world feel, the on paper stuff can be a toss up.

It's almost a trend for me to have to "grow" into the styling of most modern (post-2006) cars.

I was still skeptical about the looks of the car until I saw it in black and premium wheels:

It looks great from the an angled-rear view and this motortrend picture above makes it look stunning.

I can't wait to read a comparison of the new M56, 550i, E550, and GS460

Giant rounder not as good looking maxima. Why do people insist on only posting pics of dumped black sport M45s and 57s?

For a Nissan/Infiniti, this is indeed awesome. I truly love this vehicle!

Again, any car looks good in black, with 20" wheels diving down the pavement where the suspension is compressed so it looks dumped. I assure you people will post that picture every single time they try to pawn off how good looking it is.

How about this pic.

I'm sorry but this car initially seemed like a WOW but now it feels like a OH.
