No problems so far with Lexus service, and no free Chinese-made gifts either.

Nothing was left on the seat when I get back. I had to go gett the donuts and apple juice from their snack bar

I'm 100% in agreement.

LMAO

I'm okay without the gifts since I'd never use that stuff, I'd rather get good service with reasonably priced bill.

I've never gotten anything for regular maintenance. But like mmarshall said, if they get it right the first time I'm happy.

However, back in 2005 when I first got my car I brought it to the dealer for a service campaign. After the service I received, and gladly accepted, an iPod Nano and the cord! Very cool

A brand new IPOD? wow...

My dealer never gave me anything when I bring it in for service...not even a wash.

I also got some free stuff after I bought the LS too, Lexus clock, blanket, mugs, key chain(but no shoe horn ), a tool kit, and a couple more other items, but after each service, all they gave me was a complimentary paper, and of course, you can have all the hot and cold beverages you want if you wait there.

The other Lexus dealer close to my home always give me a pen OTOH, and the above just recently. Lexus dealers here don't provide free food while waiting for service though. They only have free food when there's a launch party that they invite you to.
I got the F FOB after buying the car. But not even after a service, sometimes I am in there just for a car wash and they give away stuff. I can't even remember half the stuff they have given to my wife the kids and I.

I want the IS-F mascot teddy bear for my 2 year daughter, but I don't think they are going to give away something that is worth $400! I may just end up buying it.

Lot of golf stuff, set of 8 water bottles with a carrier, sort of thing you would use for a sports team, hats, key chain, and new license plate frames

For regular maintenance we typically get a small box (just a couple) of Bernard Callebaut chocolates. The reception area also provides a wide range of beverages and snacks.
