Perhaps if they put the 3 wolves and moon pic on the hood instead, they would have found a buyer.

From the item description: "WHEN PEOPLE WALK BY IT, BLOWS THEM AWAY."

I think he's having some trouble interpreting their reaction. I'm sure they're blown away... just not in a good sense.

someone should tell the owner that the car is an audi, not a jaguar

That is extremely tacky. It makes me even more curious what "Muffin" is like.

You were probably just joking but if not...

- The Trans Am's logo/mascot is the Firebird... so it makes a lot more sense than a tiger or whatever that is on an R8, unless the R8 has a formal animal as its mascot and I didn't realize it?

- Most Trans Ams with Firebird logos on them only have a monochromatic solid logo, not some detailed airbrushed 4 foot wide professionally done painting of one. There's a difference between a detailed portrait of an animal and the small outline of one.

- Let's be honest... a T/A is a car with somewhat low expectations to begin with. A lot of T/A owners don't have the greatest sense of style or class by default, so you'll see a lot of them with kinda tacky stuff done to them. You'd tend to hope for more from a guy who has a car as nice as a brand new R8.

One would hope yes, but since class is more of an intrinsic quality generally realted to up-bringing, how much/little class you have is often unrelated in the first generation of wealth.

It's actually kinda subtle, and the art is amazing. But not on the hood!

This is OT, but this is the first time I've seen non-studio pix of the R8's interior. Is it just me or does it look really underwhelming and subpar? For a 100k+ car, I'd expect more. If you showed me the picture of just the door or the center console, I'd think it's from a 30k or 40k car at best. Plastics everywhere and buttons pulled straight from lower VW/Audi models.

^^Agreed. I think the artwork itself was amazingly done and is very subtle, however just does not belong on this car.

Value = normal car - cost of repaint + joy of laughing for 5 minutes
