Default Insurance + "Aftermarket parts"

Hi,

I've been thinking of lowering my comprehensive deductible for my car insurance.

I received an email saying that I should report any aftermarket parts installed on the vehicle like stereo, wheels, etc.

My car insurance is with Geico.

The only "aftermarket" parts I have on my 08 IS250 is F-Sport products (f-sport springs, wheels, and brakes).

My question is:

1. Should I report these?
2. What benefits will there be for me if I do report it? Will they cover it in case of an accident?

Thanks

I have State Farm and when I got in an accident they did give me value for my aftermarket parts. I had to fax them receipts of what was on the car.
