Little shorty will be right next to him. Grandma needs to beat is azz! She shouldn't have said anything on camera and just did it. There is a fine line between abuse and discipline and I can bet the po po would consider it the latter.

Kid needs more than his britches warmed up, he needs to learn respect and discipline. Obviously he never got them from mom, it sounds like grandma has the right idea . . .

Growing up down here, I knew kids that were say no more than 13 or 14 who wound up in juvenile court for among other things, auto theft, not just once, but multiple times. Fortuantely, for some, the juvenile justice system let them walk out with a clean record by 18, but others continued their unfortunate ways.
