Well, i had an opportunity to look things over.. My CA couldn't find my car at first in the holding area.. 4 levels of BMW's awaiting delivery.. Which one is mine got damit?
As for the last clue, here is an interior shot. This should be a flaming clue for auto buffs such as yourselves.. The vehicle costs more than 50k when equipped (another clue). No mas until the weekend

Looks like the rear seat (in coral red boston leather) of 135i to me, but very well could be 3 series because I think I see a sliding cover on that rear seat console.

he's not in socal though
i am not sure about 4 levels of cars waiting for delivery, maybe 4 levels of inventory, that's understandable. but anyway
yeah that looks like a sliding cover on the rear console. i have that on my e93 and this pic look pretty similar. if it's m3 i can't figure out if it's e92 or e93 though

It's not a 135i, he said the car costs > $50k.
335i or M3, great choice either way! Actually, I would definitely give the nod to the M3. I had a 335i for a few months and was annoyed by the repeat HPFP failures (no money but time/frustration was not worth it) which prompted me to switch to the IS 350. I need this car for ~12 years and the BMW was not cutting it. Got many opinions on e90post and they all agreed that they would not keep this car beyond fuel pump replacement warranty (which is only 10 years I believe)
I admit, I'm probably "spoiled" as far as maintenance goes because my very first car was a honda civic (REALLY low maintenance)
Congratulations on the (hopefully) M3!
But even if it is a 335i, congratulations as well, it's a great sporty coupe and you can tune it cheaply for great results (jb3, etc.)
