So I have an IS350 and when it was completely stock when I purchased it. Since then I have added on the OEM GFX kit. Do you think when I return the car, they will give me credit for having the OEM kit or charge me for adding on items on my car?
I have a scratch on my back bumper that I am hoping they will deduct the charges for that because of the GFX kit.

NOP, absolutely no credit. it's like asking if you return the car with less miles than limit, you don't get any credit neither. same with clear bra, tint windows, etc... that won't get you any credit

Rule of thumb on leased cars. If you are gona mod them, just make sure that you are able to remove the mods and return the car back to stock as it was given to you. You will receive no additional credit for any added items.

IS-SV

Agreed no credit. But in the case of Mercedes leases you will get money back for mileage not used (at cents per mile rate shown in the contract). Check specific contract for details.
