The more I see the new Camaro, the less impressed I am. I want to like it but it just looks like a big toy. *sigh*

Default Bumblebee Camaro

I won 1 of 3 of the Bumblebee Camaros from the Bumblebee Camaro Sweepstakes GM had to promote the movie Transformers. I will be putting this car up for auction on Ebay this week.
I have attached a few pics.

Thanks for the pics!
I feel the same way. I used get excited when I would se them, but after reading about the issues with the car I just feel like its business as usual at GM. Face it. Nothing has changed in terms of quality. Its the interior design and ergonomics that have improved.

I still like the Camaro, they are very common around here. But I prefer them in without all the stripes and graphic junk pasted on look.

Definitely. The whole retro thing is a weak business bet. Those who love it and have to have it, get it during the first or second year. But after that, these types of cars usually languish. The Mustang is about the only one that has disproven the trend, thanks to more contemporary styling and a smaller size.
The days of the Big Three creating all new sporting designs that lead trends and take us into tomorrow (not the past) are long gone.

Some good points above, with the bloated Challenger looking especially oversized. And affordable sports coupes in general have been a fickle segment Japanese car makers too, often starting off with strong sales that quickly fade to poor sales in a few short years.
