If enough ppl buy Venzas, they will. When asked why the Venza isn't offered with a hybrid option at launched, Toyota said that this is a new type of vehicle (ok... it's just a crossover in the grand scheme of things) and Toyota wanted to test the market first before binging a hybrid.
