Thats normal driving in Russia. But one thing that needs to be said is that the cars in the vid are a M5 and catchup car was a GTR, the people driving those cars paid a premium for the cars there. But if they can afford the cars there they can definitely afford to pay off any cop who pulls them over.

eh, thats the norm for Moscow-city. After spending 2weeks in August, at first i was a bit freaked out by these full-out races but then kinda got used to be passed by a Cayenne gemballa doing about 120mph and swaying in and out of oncoming traffic. And like Vlad said - these guys who afford such cars(new ctsV is about $125k, vette z06 is almost $150k) they have no problem paying off whoever needs to be paid(how about $30g for drunken driving crash involving any injuries?) Cops and customs(border crossing patrol) are filthy rich.
