Nice to see some more changes for 2010 Lexus Line
Just a quick FYI on the IS250 or IS350 "version F" package
Just a quick FYI on the IS250 or IS350 "version F" package
Not sure if that article is written correctly... But it will not be called an "F-Sport Kit"
Confirmed on the Lexus Japan website, it is clear that there will be a "version F" Package available for the IS250 & IS350..
We covered this about 3 weeks ago.. Changes for 2010 IS350
Looks to be just the Front Seats, Grill design, Trunk Spoiler, Steering Wheel & Door Sills for the Sedan.
Here are the upgrades it will have in Japan... Notice the color too..![Wink](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/wink.gif)
**DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE THIS PACKAGE OR OPTIONS ON US SPEC MODELS**
But we might just see them in other non US markets.
Great way to empty out the IS-F parts bin!!

The 2012 GS will probably get the redesign (if Lexus uses a 6-year cycle for the GS line). That should debut in early 2011 for sale in mid 2011.*
*Just a guesstimate. The 2006 GS debuted in February 1, 2005 and went on sale a few weeks later.

Most likely being developed for the 4GS, not the 3GS.

they could have made an F grille for the GS too.
an appearance package is long overdue.
merc has their amg package, and bmw has their M package.
but i guess it doesn't make sense if you don't have a true F model first.
the current f sport accessories are weak sauce.

Excuse me for being an automobile enthusiast but BMW started with one, the M1, then M3 and Benz's first official AMG car was the C36 back in 1992 or so and well, it was the only one.
No one started with multiple AMG/M cars. It took decades to expand the brands. Lexus is new here and will hopefully expand the F line.

yeah
the grill really cheapened it
they've always said that the hybrid GS and LS are not here as an economical and environmental solution
but they are a powerful version of their gasoline counterparts without the guilt of being a V8 or V10
so they really shouldnt be using these hybrid grills
but.......
this move indicates that they want to reserve the F grills for the GS and LS for something more wicked
so we might be able to see more performance oriented GS and LS in the future as most of us suspected
