Car Crashes Through Adult Store During Robbery

BROWNHELM TOWNSHIP, Ohio -- There was a bizarre robbery in Brownhelm Township in Lorain County Wednesday morning and it was all caught on tape.

A car crashed through the glass doors at the Adult Mart store at about 5:45 a.m.

The video shows the car crashing through the back doors of the store, someone jumps out of the car and runs through the store, leaving the car running.

The driver gets the item he or she was searching for and gets back in the moving car, this time exiting by crashing through the front door.

"I have been in retail for 14 years. I've heard of stores being robbed different types of ways, this type of establishment this way, but it was a unique way, I will give them that," said employee Marie Woodruff.

Lorain County sheriff's deputies are investigating.
