Reminds me of halloween at my track back in Mexico and everyone would have a different costume on. We only required the helmets that night for people running under 14 seconds.

I have a good friend who lives in Phoenix; he told me about the wonderful scheme by the governor of AZ to generate revenue via photo radar.

The problem is, if EVERY ticket was paid, it would take about 33% of the proceeds from fines just to administer the program. Since these tickets are technically not moving violations, about a third of the people who receive them just ignore them and never pay the fine. So, it's about a break-even for the state as far as revenue.

He also told me that if he drove out the 10 freeway returning from California and went through Phoenix to get to his house, with the cruise control set at 80 mph, he could theoretically collect 25 tickets in one trip, one way!

He is obviously not a fan.

I don't have a problem with the Monkey Man; however, if I was going to do this, I would use a more generic car like a silver Camry or a white Chevy pickup. (racing checker graphic, really? )

This actually reminds me of the Skyline episode where Clarkson uses the mask of one of the British political figures when he passed the speed cameras in Japan.
