Cool New BMW M5 F10 (updated, official spec and link in #205)

Looks just like the M3's. I like how there's a big hood bulge though. Should be more aggressive looking than E60 M5 is my guess.

They say it's gonna come with a twin turbo V8 and not a V10. I'm sure the M-purists will not be happy to hear that.

That bulge is probably over-exaggerated to cover the actual shape underneath.

They should have just refined the V10...

I CANNOT wait for this. It will be a beast. Just got an '09 550i Sport...I'm thinking my wife won't be pleased when she sees I want a new car already

The 545's and 550's are pretty nice.. I'd rock one of those anyday..

V-10.... Shmeeee 10!

BMW knows what they're doing. Believe that! It will be a MONSTER and a technical marvel. Look for 550hp & 475+lbs/ft of twist.

This M5 is going to wrapped in BBS F1's.. These wheels weigh 16lbs each!!





In addition, there are two motors being tested. A TTV10 & TT8. Hell, both might be available...

600hp or die.. BMW wants to smash the Caddy CTS-V. Hell, the X6M does 0-60 in 4.1 & the quarter mile in the 12's with the TTV8. Imagine the V8 in a lighter weight M5.. A TTv10 will be beyond words..

Love the wheels.

BMW needs to get back to basics of being the best drivers car, it doesn't need more power.
