The interior looks a touch better - but I'm still not feeling the round center stack, it doesn't flow well in my eyes.

Sigh.....
Still needs more wood It needs better integration of the wood too. Overall it looks okay.

But the 2009 exterior is better. The ugliest thing about the 2010 are the fog lights.
He, he...I agree completely. They lost the cohesiveness of the front design. Kind of makes it look like a cheap afterthought. Too bad!

well i always thought the 2007-2009 ES had very "chinsy" fog lights, with that thin piece of plastic that connects it to the middle of the bumper. IMO, that's what made it a feminine car, this looks more masculine.

I wish that lexus could make the cars ride like 3 series bimmers, or even G37 sedans. Smooth and quiet but lots of confidence inspiring grip

I agree 10,000%! But it wasn't the light itself, it was the stretched fish mouth hole that connected the two lights. This was a bad move originally, as Lexus added a softened, ovoid Jaguar look (original X-Type) while the rest of the car was more angular or boxy. The new design is a bit sportier and more aggressive, but doesn't line up well with the other shapes below the bumper area.
