my last car was a camry and it was dark green I liked it alot. Im not crazy about the the lighter shades of green but a dark green is a good color for a car imo
It's more of a seafoam green to me. The Prius had a green shade but it's more "mellow" than the TCH green. I also liked Honda's Green Tea Metallic on the 2008-2009 CR-V as well.
My first response when I read the OP was British Racing Green, I'm glad 1sick already covered it. British cars look classy as all hell in their racing green, but Jaguar has an even sicker metallic green called Emerald Fire, shines like crazy.
Green is also a popular color for hybrids. In fact, on some vehicle lines (the Ford Escape is a good example) green is available ONLY on the hybrid version.
One shade of green that I have always liked is the Tor-Lime Green (an extra-cost color) on the Dodge/Plymouth muscle-cars I grew up with in high school in 1969-70.
Brown is not necessarily being "pushed". It has become popular as a natural "Earth" tone........yes, along with some shades of green.
"Pushed" or offered, call it whatever suits the individuals on CHIT CHAT.
Green cars in the last decade have sold better than brown cars. Something to keep in mind (since it equates to real money), is resale value of marginally popular color choices.
