Sorry guys for the multiple pics. I will fix it. Thank you for the comments. Yes the NSX is mine. I also have a 98 Supra (Quicksilver) that will remain stock. The green Supra is my project.

Earth-tone colors are getting popular now with the public itself. It generally ties in with the environmental movement. That's not necessarily the way that I myself think (associating car colors with environmentalism), but that is how a large number of potential car buyers do.

Green cars in the last decade have sold better than brown cars. Something to keep in mind (since it equates to real money), is resale value of marginally popular color choices.
Yes, green cars have outsold brown ones in the last decade, but that is because brown, for the most part, hasn't been widely available until the last few years. It has become fairly popular, right now, on the Buick Enclave, some Nissans, and aso some Infinitis.

Color, in my experience, doesn't seem to affect resale value as much as condition and low mileage. I've owned a few cars in my life that were off-colors, like bright yellow, coral pink/orange, and bright-Iris blue, and I've always gotten good money (or a good trade-in) on them, except if I sell to a friend/relative, where, of course, I'll give them a price break. The excellent condition of these cars I've owned helps too....I take care of them.
