Default Green as a paint color of a car

I have always said that green is not a color for a(ny) car. What do you guys think?

Only if it's a Jeep. Green is for nature , grass, trees etc.

I guess I dislike darker green more than light green

Green had pretty much died, but resurfaced when Lamborghini made it cool on the Mercialago. Of course, everyone else (including Porcshe) had to copy it and now it's making a small comeback. But only in lighter shades. The typical dark green metalics of the 80's and 90's are passe.

My car is green.

It's a very dark green though.

I like it.

I think green looks great on certain cars. Except for the hideous shades such as Honda's Green Tea Metallic or Toyota's Aloe Metallic.

On the other hand, I hear that green cars get hit more because the human eye does not perceive the color as well?

My SC400 was green and I like it a lot but it's one of the only greens I like. Very dark. In fact some thought it was black at any distance but up close.
