My mother's 04 RX330 still has cassette player, although we have never used it once after we bought the car since 2003.

My '99 Subaru came with a casette and cd player. Though my '96 came with a casette and a ten disc add on Sony CD changer.

ha ha... where have you been? Cassettes died atleast 10 years ago, maybe even more than 15 I can't even remember it was so long ago. In the U.S. atleast, you can't find new cassettes anymore of anything. You can still find blank cassettes for recording, but that's about it.

What's really funny is the 2RX only came with a tape deck if you ponied up the cash for the Mark Levinson system.

2nd gen. GS I owned had one, I never used it, but loved the fact that it had one. I don't know why, but I liked having it.
